ReplyDeleteI'd try the steak and veg pie as well as the bouef borganoin! The pie because you can let it cool and take it out on a picnic and the beef because it's a luxurious dish to have on a special night with bottle of red wine and good company!

ReplyDeleteI think you have both chosen lovely recipes but I think my favourite must be the bouef borganion, it is a really lovely dish which I think is good for sharing. Maybe if you have relatives visiting over the summer it would be a good meal to chat and drink over!
