How do you make a 12' Pizza stretch easily to 4 people?

by buying two of these (gorgeous big beef tomatoes)

adding some of these (mozzarella balls)

drizzling over some of this (homemade dressing)

and creating this (a tasty Italian side dish)

and don't forget to make a simple salad

Before you know it that 12' pizza that you had saved for yourself for a quiet night in has now become a very, very tasty meal for the 4 friends who dropped in.
And if you have very hungry friends maybe keeping a bag of french fries in your freezer will leave them sated.

Dressing for the tomato and mozzarella sidedish

5 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
sprinkle of black pepper
tiny squeeze of lemon juice

Dip your finger in and taste it - is it pleasant? If it's too sour add a tiny bit more sugar, if it's too sweet a bit more vinegar, maybe it needs a little more black pepper or tiny bit more lemon juice - and so on until you find the taste that suits you.

Make up a larger batch and keep it in a jar in the fridge - every time you have a salad or sidedish just shake the jar and drizzle over.

If you can try and keep some garlic bread in your freezer this is another way of bulking out your meal

If your friends are still hungry maybe it's because they have the munchies and the only way you can cure that is by sending them to the nearest sweets shop!
