Wow, here's a thing - Improve your memory

There is a supernutrient that has the name 'flavonoids' and can be found in foods such as ornages, grapes, blueberries (in fact most berries) and grapfruit which may, it seems from emerging evidence, help to improve your long-term memory.

Just what you need at Uni !!!!

So plenty of these (and the freezer will give you a constant supply)

This has emerged from researchers at the University of Reading. Apparently these plant chemicals seem to protect the nerves and mechanisms in our brains. These nerves and mechanisms are vital to committing things to our long-term memory banks.

So there we go - make sure you eat as much fruits as possible cos it's all helping towards that degree!
