how do you like your eggs in the morning?

something a bit different from your boiled egg, Eggy bread (as it was known in our house growing up) or French Toast for those a bit posher than I.

  
And this really couldn't be any more simple and quick for a breakfast eat.
 
Using a fork whisk up 1 egg on a small plate, dip your piece of bread into the egg, turning over to soak the egg on both sides and fry in a hot frying pan with a little veg or olive oil.
 
 
Add you own topping, brown sauce is my favourite but mayo, tom ketchup and even a drizzle of maple syrup makes it a really tasty and filling breakfast before shooting out for those lectures.  Good for a midday snack or even for supper (does anyone really eat supper or is it a word that was made up for snacking before bed?)
